- Security & Ethics: Establish rigorous frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI architecture or machine learning engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) are highly preferred.
