Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute future-focused R&D initiatives and proof-of-concept projects
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance
- Present future-vision strategies to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Establish KPIs for 2026 technology readiness and impact measurement
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech initiatives (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong data analysis and modeling capabilities for trend prediction
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or keynote presentations on future tech
