Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation artificial intelligence models and infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to implement complex machine learning solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for scalability, speed, and accuracy in high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark.
- Proven experience in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
