Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 Horizon project.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost efficiency in high-volume production environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and version control within the AI development team.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and deploying machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, SageMaker).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision as applicable to the 2026 initiative.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products to market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
