Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Mentor and coach a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and researchers.
- Ensure best practices in cloud infrastructure, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience designing systems that handle billions of requests.
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
