Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Design and deploy scalable distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with research teams to translate academic breakthroughs into production-ready software.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, model governance, and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance benchmarking.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Large Language Models or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
