Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on generative AI and quantum-ready architectures.
- Architect and optimize large-scale machine learning pipelines and data lakes.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
