What You Will Do
- Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across distributed cloud environments.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices to accelerate model deployment cycles.
Who You Are
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data science libraries.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern AI-driven frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Ensure model performance, accuracy, and ethical deployment of AI technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
