Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural design for large-scale AI systems, including LLM orchestration and reinforcement learning environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of deep learning models, ensuring low-latency inference and high throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and researchers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and technologies to stay ahead of the competitive curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of designing systems that scale from prototype to production at high traffic levels.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
