Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge generative AI models (LLMs and Diffusion) optimized for production environments.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability, monitoring, and automated retraining of models.
- Lead the research and implementation of multimodal AI systems that bridge text, image, and voice.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure AI ethics and bias mitigation protocols are integrated into the core development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
