Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable neural architectures specifically for the Year 2026 ecosystem, focusing on autonomous decision-making and self-improvement loops.
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for the 2026 transition, identifying key technological milestones and infrastructure requirements.
- Deep Learning R&D: Spearhead research projects in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing to enhance our core product suite.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions into seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and researchers in advanced AI methodologies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all 2026-era systems adhere to global AI ethics standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including 2+ years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Experience with Quantum Computing interfaces is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering them on time and within budget.
