Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of long-term technical strategies focused on Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Deployment: Spearhead the transition of models from research to production using MLOps best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
