Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and data privacy compliance.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentorship for junior engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
