Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Deep Learning, and Cloud Architecture to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability for production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
