Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for our AI roadmap, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will drive our next decade of growth.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead Research & Development: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prototype and validate novel algorithms and deep learning models.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of models for production environments, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in our systems.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
