Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of our AI infrastructure for the 2026 product launch.
- Model Optimization: Engineer and optimize large language models (LLMs) for real-time inference and low-latency deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Dev: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to integrate novel technologies into our core stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
