Responsibilities

- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive datasets and real-time inference.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating relevant technologies.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to align technical strategy with business goals and drive innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
