Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the high-level technical vision and architecture for 2026 Technologies' core AI platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems and neural network architectures capable of handling high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to align our roadmap with industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in AI/ML architecture leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
