Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems for next-gen AI models.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure architectural integrity, security, and scalability of core platforms.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
