Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems and cloud infrastructure supporting our 2026 product vision.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical trajectory and innovation milestones for the 2026 fiscal year.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead research into Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines, ensuring model accuracy, latency reduction, and cost efficiency at scale.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes; experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
