The Role

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 technology stack, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core product lines.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and defining best practices for the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners to fuel our 2026 growth engine.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- AI & Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and a proven track record implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalable architecture and system design.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
