Responsibilities
- Design and architect advanced AI systems focused on Agentic Workflows and Generative AI readiness for 2026.
- Lead the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern, serverless cloud architectures using AWS and Azure.
- Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications, ensuring low-latency inference.
- Establish data governance frameworks and ethical AI guidelines to mitigate bias and ensure compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts or quantum-resistant cryptography is a major plus.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
