Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for our flagship 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to drive innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for machine learning pipelines and data processing units.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in large-scale models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
