Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals and 2026 strategic milestones.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of implementing cutting-edge AI solutions in production environments.
