Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance neural network models for autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging 2026-era technologies, including synthetic data generation and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model training, validation, and ethical deployment.
- Optimize existing algorithms for reduced latency and improved energy efficiency on edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) or reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kubeflow).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
