Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI and software architecture initiatives to ensure we are ahead of industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling future data volumes and complexity.
- Pilot New Technologies: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) to validate their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate technical vision into actionable business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- SEO & Tech Visibility: Optimize our internal technical documentation and public APIs for discoverability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and implement trends relevant to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
