Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and product vision.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance, real-time inference.
- Lead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Agentic AI and Neural Symbolic Computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish rigorous code quality and architectural standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, preferably in a large-scale production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams through complex architectural changes.
