Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, focusing on LLMs and multi-modal systems.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal research initiatives to discover novel algorithms that outperform current industry standards.
- Optimize Performance: Drive efficiency improvements in model inference and training throughput using distributed computing and hardware acceleration.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, production-grade software systems using MLOps pipelines.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to define the AI roadmap for the upcoming fiscal years.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed training frameworks.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, or Federated Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
