Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for the '2026' roadmap, identifying emerging trends in quantum computing and neural networks.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Conduct deep-dive architectural reviews and provide guidance on technology selection.
- Drive the integration of Generative AI models into core product workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high-scale, low-latency workloads.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
