Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define the high-level system architecture for large-scale AI models, including neural network infrastructure and data pipelines.
- AGI Roadmap: Develop and execute a technical roadmap that aligns with the company's 2026 strategic vision for Artificial General Intelligence.
- Optimization & Performance: Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs through advanced hardware-software co-design.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging research papers into practical production systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- System Design: Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, scalable systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
