Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in quantum hardware integration
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to deploy quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Research and publish breakthroughs in quantum error correction methodologies
- Drive roadmap for quantum computing commercialization by 2028
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
