Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our upcoming autonomous systems and AI integrations.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure backend architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains relevant through 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical reality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and neural network design.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and define technical roadmaps for the future.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
