Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core product suite.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are adhered to in all model deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, including Transformers, GNNs, and CNNs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
