Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into our core stack.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from training to production deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in designing and deploying complex AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
