Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Edge AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, security, and AI ethics.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept (POC) validation for novel algorithms.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data warehousing strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems handling terabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
