Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and high-frequency inference.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI capabilities, aligning with business goals and 2026 strategic milestones.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in designing and deploying complex AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
