Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures tailored for high-frequency, low-latency environments.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation generative models and NLP pipelines.
- Oversee the deployment of models on distributed cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging hardware accelerators (e.g., TPUs, Quantum-ready hardware) into workflows.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop) and vector databases.
