Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems integrating traditional ML with emerging quantum computing paradigms for 2026 readiness.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in defining technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
- Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and prototyping breakthroughs in Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, and AGI safety mechanisms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and fairness standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential application in AI model training.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
