Responsibilities

- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish high coding standards and mentor a team of top-tier engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-growth environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
