Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for generative models and autonomous agents.
- Optimize deep learning models for inference latency and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and prompt engineering.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
