Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural networks for Project 2026βs core cognitive architecture.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to translate theoretical models into executable code.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency, high-throughput environments using C++ and Rust.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior researchers in advanced AI methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and simulation of AI systems in controlled environments.
- Publish white papers and contribute to open-source initiatives related to future tech.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to AI (Qiskit, Cirq experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU acceleration libraries (CUDA, TensorRT).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
