Key Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design high-performance distributed computing systems capable of handling exascale AI workloads with zero latency.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 market demands and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Protocol Development: Lead the transition to post-silicon computing paradigms, integrating neuromorphic hardware where applicable.
- Performance Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to optimize model inference speeds and reduce energy consumption in data centers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
