The Role:
You will lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to build, deploy, and maintain large-scale machine learning models. Your expertise will drive the core intelligence of our platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and ethical AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Lead the design of novel algorithms for predictive modeling and natural language processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency in real-time inference systems.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams.
