Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures leveraging quantum computing principles.
- Lead research initiatives into Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Predictive Behavioral Modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable software products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics in AI, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure robustness and security.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and quantum simulation libraries.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge computing.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing technical teams.
