Responsibilities

- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents in high-traffic environments.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce latency and optimize inference costs using edge computing and quantum-ready architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
- Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering leads to prioritize technical debt reduction and feature delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Federated Learning) into existing stacks.
