Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation neural networks and machine learning models tailored for Year 2026 infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Define technical vision and strategy for AI adoption across the organization, ensuring scalability and security.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
