Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and monitoring to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and computer vision to drive technological innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Master’s degree with significant industry experience is also acceptable.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, primarily Python, with experience in C++ or CUDA.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
