Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI architectures for autonomous systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model validation, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists on technical decisions and architecture patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and drive technical excellence across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
