Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research and prototype novel deep learning architectures, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our technology stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including statistical analysis, model training, and validation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
