You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architectures that will define the industry standard for 2026.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models, specifically focusing on Transformers and LLMs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure scalable, reproducible, and efficient model deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of model performance, accuracy, and fairness.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge papers and methodologies into production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
